A PLUS Kwame Asare Obeng who is a Ghanaian hip-life artiste, popularly known as Kwame A Plus has issued a strict warning to the Nana Addo's appointed ministers. He posted on his social media (facebook) page telling the ministers not to use their ministerial position to steal state money. Not too long ago it happens about only in a week, three cases were recorded involving students from the University of Ghana Legon, a JHS in the Central Region and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
